Here at Elite Beds Company, we operate a very simple and straightforward delivery system. This is to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. Please refer to the information below for any queries regarding the delivery process.
Whilst we will do our best to fulfil specific delivery date requests there is no guarantee we will be able to.
We offer –
1)Premium Shipping – £79 Which includes delivery to Room Of Choice for all products (including complimentary assembly for all our bed products).Our trained staff will bring the bed into the room of your choice, unpack and fully assemble it for you. You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues.The above delivery charges are to cover the cost of delivery to room of choice. The delivery team will assemble the bed free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason.
The delivery company charges for the delivery of items only. The Assembly service is a Free of Charge Complimentary Service. As there is no additional charge for assembly service therefore in the event where the customer decides to accept the delivery without assembly, Elite Beds Company cannot offer any refunds for the delivery charge.
Assembly of the bed is free of charge however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. Elite Beds Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.
2)Door Step Delivery- is FREE for all items. Please note- This is delivery to the doorstep of the house- if you are situated on the first floor the items will not be delivered to your door unless you choose premium delivery. Please ensure that we have your correct contact detail preferably a Valid Mobile Number. If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access, please call us to discuss your requirements. The delivery company charges for the delivery of items only.
Our delivery teams can deliver throughout mainland UK. However, there are certain areas which are currently excluded from our delivery coverage however please check back again as we are always working on including new areas to our delivery network.
You are requested to inspect all the items thoroughly upon delivery to ensure there are no issues / damages. In case there are any damages at the time of delivery, you are required to write them on the Delivery Note before signing it. In case you notice the damage after the drivers have left, then the issue needs to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery along with photographic proof . After this period the issue / damage will be attributed to accidental damage as the delivery company will not accept any liability unless recorded on the delivery note or reported to Elite Beds Company within 24 hours of delivery.
Tracking- We offer tracking of your delivery and will provide you a unique tracking number for live status updates.
As of 1st April 2022, Elite Beds Company have had to implement a small fee for some delivery postcodes *.
It will be the customers responsibility to choose the appropriate delivery option checkout should their postcode fall within this category, this will enable the charge to be added to the total amount at checkout. If this is not chosen appropriately at checkout to reflect customer delivery postcode Elite Beds Company will invoice the customer the delivery fee which will be due for payment immediately.
Any items ordered will not be manufactured until the delivery fee is paid.TD, KY, ML, SA, KA, EH, G, FK, KW ,DG, EX, PL,TQ,TR, IV, AB, PH, DD : £40.00 charge
